Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us here at "Little Bit's Closet". We allow Individual outfits or merchandise in the store to be returned within 12 days of the date you received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging. Your items will be returned for credit in the same way as paid or as store online credit (all shipping & other fee's non-refundable). Please contact Susan prior to sending or returning any garment for a return number. All returns MUST be approved with Susan prior to sending them back, Thanks so much!

The clothing should be shipped back to us in unwashed and tags still intact. Should you not send "Little Bit's Closet" the clothing in the original condition, the garmets will be tossed out and no credit will be issued. It is "Little Bit's Closet" sole discression to inspect the garments when returned prior to issuing a credit.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your order -- without that information we cannot process your return or exchange. Please circle the items that you are returning.

We will be starting a monthly newsletter if you are interested in receiving the letter please sign -up. After, should you not want to receive the newsletter or updates, please just shoot us an email requesting to be removed. The newsletter will be full of New Items Added, Special Sales and Clearance!

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, "LittleBit's Closet" shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and or paid. If that is the case, "Little Bit's Closet" shall immediately issue a credit to your account of a full refund for the order placed on that particular item.

Termination
"Little Bit's Closet" may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in "Little Bit's Closet" sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
